I wanted to wait till I could feel the soreness in the workout I have just finished this past Monday. I wanted to try a different workout thatn just legs and back for P90X, so I decided to give the newest video from One on One with Tony Horton. This day I decided to go with Bun Shaper.
This video was about 50 minutes but it involved moves that would work out the butt. I would consider myself an intermediate p90xer and never watching this video I would say that I finished about 95% of the reps and the moves that Tony Horton showed. I loved the interesting moves during the workout even though the whole workout isn’t as intense as a regular P90X workout would be but it still accomplished what I felt was a Bun Shaper. If you are looking to workout the butt really good then this workout would do it.
I really felt the soreness the day after and more two days after for this workout. I loved the moves he did in this workout. It was also nice to see that he was able to make a mistake and recover during the video. He wanted to make an edit but just kept going and worked through it.
