P90X Day 29
30 04 2007Well I just took a 3 Day break from working out. My knee is still bothering but I am walking fine. I can move my knee fairly easily but still feel pain somewhat. I will start this week with the new Phase 2 of the workouts. I will see if I can do doubles. I have noticed a good change in my body and am looking forward to seeing my results on camera. I will be doing our 30 day weigh in and body fat percentage tomorrow at work. Looking forward to Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today. I will try to bring it today. “Do your best and forget the rest.”
