P90X Day 43
14 10 2008Well I just skipped on my regular routine yesterday so that I could do Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I didn’t do Yoga on friday, I did run 15 miles on Saturday and I tried Kenpo Cardio Plus which was a good change of pace. It was a tough video and it took me a while to get a hang of some of the moves. I am still planning on running on thursday for my birthday. Today I think I will do XStretch and Ab Ripper X. Progress is going ok I think. I look at myself in the mirror every morning and see some differences. Only time will tell. Day 45 in two days and I will take some more photos then.
