		<description>if i eat for example on a daily basis, oatmeal with a scoop of protein for breakfast, 5 egg whites for a snack, tuna sandwich with only one bread and raw veggies for lunch, a yogurt and fruit for snack, chicken and salad for supper and a protein shake in the evening as a snack, i am 5 foot 4 and weigh about 130 lbs, is this a good meal plan</description>
