i saw your videos about the p90x programme which is very interesting… i am about to order the package but what i would like to know is do i need a certain nutrition to follow? maybe the only thing that i will be able to take is whey protein and fat burners.. what do u think? one more thing please, i started playing thai boxing recently for the last 6 months.. does it have any effect? cheers
