Running and Day 30 on 30
So I have decided that I will be doing another birthday run this year. I will be turning 30 and I will be running 30 miles. I’m not sure if I am just proving another point. I feel sometimes people think otherwise about some of the things that people do and then say that they can’t do that again. So I am doing it for myself and to prove that point. I know many people in their lives can’t say that they will ever do this or will even attempt to but I think that is where I am different. I love running. I can’t say that I am the best runner but I dont mind running 8-10 miles on a weekend. I just wish sometimes that I was faster. I want to break into the 8 minute pace. I have noticed with my Insanity training and running that i have been able to do that. I am averaging 8:30 per mile on longer runs!! So maybe this run on my birthday could be 5.5 hours to 6. I would love that .
