This workout was brutal this morning. My fan cut out on me and I didn’t have enough energy to pull it through. I always think that doing a workout first thing in the morning is tough after waking up in the morning because you don’t have any real energy to work off of. If it [...] I didn’t feel so well. Not 100%. I just got through the workout. I didn’t have that much energy to get through everything but I was able to. I wanted to give more. The Cardio Abs was still tough. I was sweating a lot though. The weather was more cooler today. I wanted to give [...] This workout was tough today. My knees were giving me problems in the Cardio Abs and during the Max Cardio Conditioning video. The jumping and bringing the knees to the hips were the tough parts. I couldn’t keep up because my knees caused me to have these issues. I wanted to get more out of [...] Well Day 17 Cardio Abs is done. I love it and hate it at the same time. The plank workouts are tough. I have to take a break every now and then when it starts to burn and I can’t take it anymore. But got it over with and I am glad I did. Cardio Abs is a great ab and core workout. I think I can feel the burn in the abs but not as tough as ab ripper x. I think the warm up is good and then gets to the real core stuff.
