<p>This workout was brutal this morning. My fan cut out on me and I didn&#8217;t have enough energy to pull it through. I always think that doing a workout first thing in the morning is tough after waking up in the morning because you don&#8217;t have any real energy to work off of. If it wasn&#8217;t so intense of a workout then yes but since Insanity demands a lot out of you then maybe having a breakfast is better.</p>
<p>So I have one more day which only includes my fit test. Then I have to take pictures and get measurements for my final results. The only is that I want to get great results on the fit test but I should do like I did it on the first day. Which meant to do it exactly how the video was. No extra breaks.</p>

<p>I didn&#8217;t feel so well. Not 100%. I just got through the workout. I didn&#8217;t have that much energy to get through everything but I was able to. I wanted to give more. The Cardio Abs was still tough. I was sweating a lot though. The weather was more cooler today. I wanted to give more. It has been tough to dig deep lately. My running has caused me some pain in my knees. </p>

<p>This workout was tough today. My knees were giving me problems in the Cardio Abs and during the Max Cardio Conditioning video. The jumping and bringing the knees to the hips were the tough parts. I couldn&#8217;t keep up because my knees caused me to have these issues. I wanted to get more out of it but the knees were giving me problems. I should take it easy but I am at the last few weeks here. I still have two longs runs and they have to put me where I need to be for my birthday run. I can&#8217;t let up. What am I to do. I can&#8217;t sacrifice one or the other. </p>

<p>Cardio Abs is a great ab and core workout. I think I can feel the burn in the abs but not as tough as ab ripper x. I think the warm up is good and then gets to the real core stuff. It was a lot of hold moves. I tend to not like doing situps myself and prefer this. I weighed in today and have lost 5 pounds in two week. I think I am eating more also which I like and love this program so far. It is tough and makes me appreciated the p90x program because you really have to push yourself here. </p>
