This was a good workout. I still always forget what this workout is all about. I was able to get through most of the workout. I didn’t burn as much calories I think but I still think I am digging deep and pushing through the workouts as much as possible. I hate the sweating and [...] Day 19 finished. Wow I am almost 1/3 of the way through this workout. I am feeling great and digging deep for this workout. The last set of drills are the toughest. From the jumping to the squat kicks to the pushups and the plank run. I still love the workout and can’t wait to [...] Cardio Power and Resistance is a good one. I do prefer this one compared to the Plyometric Cardio Circuit though. I woke up early to workout today. I got up at 5am to push play and to do Cardio Power and Resistance. The workout was good. I completely forgot what was in this video from last week. I knew that the warm up was traditional and so with the stretch. Then we proceded into the [...] Hey Everyone, Day 3 of Insanity is tough. I though I would have gotten a little of a break here but this is no joke. The workout is about 40 minutes long.
