Insanity Day 60 finished. 3 more days and I am done. This workout is still tough to complete. It is not so crazy and insane but it is still good with the moves because you feel a good burn in the upper thighs. I have to take a break also at the end with the [...] Core Cardio and Balance workout done today. I burned about 371 calories on this workout. I forgot how tough and easy this workout is. I remember the warm up being simple and then moves onto moves from the first 30 days. I miss them. Its funny how some of the moves become easier and at the time I thought they were killer [...] Wow its about to start up again here for the Insanity workouts. Recovery week is just about over and I have a rest day tomorrow. I tried my best to accomplish most of the workout. I would say that I can get 100% through the workout till the jumps and then into the knee, thigh [...] Wow, has it already been this far into the Insanity workout? I was able to finish this one. I was a little sore in the achilles and my calves from the half marathon from the day before. I was able to burn some calories but I wanted more but I am glad that I was [...] click here for details of my run I wasn’t able to do this workout today. But I did do my half marathon today. I was able to get a new PR on my half marathon. 1:47:29 was the time. That was a 8:12 min/mile pace. I can’t believe I ran that fast. My watch said [...] I was able to do this workout but I was somewhat tired. I went paintballing in the morning for about 3 hours. I came home and then proceeded to do this. I felt that I was able to accomplish more this time. It is still a tough one though and I can’t make it all [...] Day 30 finished up. Core Cardio and Balance. I love this workout. It is tough somewhat only at the end. Its crazy how I did this less than 12 hours before today. But I feel it isn’t too hard on the body so I was glad that I could do it today. The only tough [...] Today is Day 1 of Week 5. Core Cardio and Balance. I like this workout. It is not too hard but it allows me to work on recovery and also work on the core. The workout overall will raise your heart rate but you wont be so breathless throughout the workout. There are some good [...] |
