<p>Insanity Day 60 finished. 3 more days and I am done. This workout is still tough to complete. But overall its a good workout.</p>

<p>I burned about 371 calories on this workout. I forgot how tough and easy this workout is. I remember the warm up being simple and then moves onto moves from the first 30 days. I miss them. Its funny how some of the moves become easier and at the time I thought they were killer and I wouldn&#8217;t have been able to finish. It is Day 48 here. I am stoked. I have 2 weeks to finish. I am going to dig deep here and bring it you name it whatever. </p>
<p>I still felt the burn on the leg lifts in my upper thighs. I did the best that I could. The last part I remembered was tough with the squat shoulder move. I got through most of it with only 1 rest inbetween. I like this workout because it is only 37 minutes also. Not too long and not too short. Well maybe short.</p>

<p>Wow its about to start up again here for the Insanity workouts. Recovery week is just about over and I have a rest day tomorrow. I tried my best to accomplish most of the workout. I would say that I can get 100% through the workout till the jumps and then into the knee, thigh and lower core moves. Those burn a lot. I enjoy them because you really feel the workout. The last part is tough with the plie and shoulder workout but I was able to get the farthest today than any of the previous 5 days. </p>
<p>I haven&#8217;t run since Sunday. I feel like a lazy bum for not. I have a 14.5 mile run this weekend to keep me on pace for my 30 mile run. I am looking at some options to run to work. I don&#8217;t know if I can do it because of having to run with a backpack. I will try this week to see if I can do it. Anybody know of any good running backpacks?</p>

<p>Wow, has it already been this far into the Insanity workout? I was able to finish this one. I was a little sore in the achilles and my calves from the half marathon from the day before. I was able to burn some calories but I wanted more but I am glad that I was able to still do the workout. I still love this workout. I have a few days till I do the fit test and to start the next set of workouts. I am a little nervous!!</p>

<p>I wasn&#8217;t able to do this workout today. But I did do my half marathon today. I was able to get a new PR on my half marathon. 1:47:29 was the time. That was a 8:12 min/mile pace. I can&#8217;t believe I ran that fast. My watch said also that I ran 13.30 miles. I don&#8217;t think that I ran that much but I guess so. I came home super tired and legs sore but I think I was able to get over the soreness pretty easily. I then went over to a friend&#8217;s bbq. I was able to play a small game of ultimate frisbee also. Ladder Ball also. That game is fun, I&#8217;m glad I bought it!</p>

<p>I was able to do this workout but I was somewhat tired. I went paintballing in the morning for about 3 hours. I came home and then proceeded to do this. I felt that I was able to accomplish more this time. It is still a tough one though and I can&#8217;t make it all the way through the last two core, leg and shoulder moves. Tomorrow I have my half marathon. Wish me luck on this one! Under two hours baby!</p>

<p>Day 30 finished up. Core Cardio and Balance. I love this workout. It is tough somewhat only at the end. Its crazy how I did this less than 12 hours before today. But I feel it isn&#8217;t too hard on the body so I was glad that I could do it today. The only tough parts are during the lower core and upper thigh workouts and the squat and shoulder burn workout. Other than those two I can stick with it.</p>

<p>Today is Day 1 of Week 5. Core Cardio and Balance. I like this workout. It is not too hard but it allows me to work on recovery and also work on the core. The workout overall will raise your heart rate but you wont be so breathless throughout the workout. There are some good burn moves towards the end because of the core and leg burns. The squat and shoulder move at the end is really good also. I burned about 370 calories which was not so bad but I will continue to follow this for the next 5 days. </p>
