			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This spin class was a little different. The coach that I have been doing it with is off to do his Solvang Century bike ride so our coach did it for us today. It was a small group but still good. I changed by bike a bit by lowering the seat to see if that would make me a little more comfortable but it really didn&#8217;t. All I think it did was put more pressure on my knee. I need to find some median for my pain threshold and comfort. The spin class was tough. I did push it a little bit to get a good workout. I felt really good throughout the workout but I wanted to get more out of it. The ILT were tough and I had to push through those but the other things we did were ok. I am probably going to skip the Thursday spin class because  I am sore but it will be good though since I can take a break. Hopefully after the daylight savings time change, I can then ride home from work.</p>
<p>My and gf did an Insanity workout yesterday, Plyometric Cardio Circuit. That was tough. I am feeling sore but liking it a lot. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a tough workout. I do believe that I am getting stronger but not like the reps are on the workout. Maybe its just me. The instructions do say that you repeat till you can get to the reps that are shown on the workouts. I will continue to do them but will see how they play out.</p>
<p>I went to my first meeting with the new Team and we talked about a lot of things regarding bikes and other things. I was supposed to go to my first spin class today but my car is acting up. I wanted to go but couldn&#8217;t make it. Maybe later this week or next.</p>
<p>I just found out that I couldn&#8217;t make the Rock N Roll half marathon. It is the same day as my century bike ride. I wanted to run with my brother. We did a training run together this past Saturday that went really well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided to take a look at the <a href="http://hundredpushups.com/">100 pushups</a> website. I tried the first week. My initial test said that I was supposed to be at week 3. After doing all the sets yesterday, I feel that I need to start this week as a week 1 instead of a week 3. I did my best though. The first day required me to do 14, 18, 14, 14 and 20 for the final set with 60 seconds of rest in between each set.</p>
<p>My legs are still sore but feeling a lot better now since Sunday&#8217;s marathon. I need to continue to stretch. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow, I am turning 30 in a couple of days here. I am running 30 miles on that day. I feel somewhat prepared. I am nervous and scared at the same time. I know I can finish but the problem is how long it is going to take me to finish. I have a goal of 7 hours. I know it will take long because of the distance along with the traffic and whatever things could happen. I need to get some running in this week for it also.</p>
<p>My calves are sore from the weekend and I need them to be 100%. I did too much dancing and jumping. But its ok.</p>
<p>I will also be carb loading all week. I don&#8217;t think I want to be bonked on this run at all. I think I will be burning close to 3000 calories so I need the extra carbs for the week.</p>

<p>Wow, I am done with Insanity. This is a long time coming here for this program. I have been anticipating this workout for the longest time and now I have finished. It was back in May when I first posted something about Insanity after getting the sample dvd with the One on One with Tony Horton workouts and now its September. 5 months ago.</p>
<p>What is next for me. I still have my running to continue. This week is a bad week for me. I might do some swimming and some running but that is about it. I will do some workouts in the mornings but will strive to get something done. It won&#8217;t be so intense though. I need a recovery week which I will be doing here. I will be getting back into some P90X to get some muscle back. I think I lost a lot of fat but thats really good. My weight only dropped about 5 pounds since I really started which I was kinda proud about. I do notice the difference overall in my pictures though. They aren&#8217;t anything like some of the results the people in the video and on the website had but its better than nothing. I&#8217;m glad I did it and have something to talk about now.</p>

<p>Wow finished fit test with amazing results. I am glad with what I had from the previous time to what I did this morning even though the heat was bothering me and I took extra breaks. It was tough this morning with the heat. We don&#8217;t have air conditioning so it took a toll on me. Later today is Max Interval stuff. </p>

<p>I feel like I pushed as much as I could in the beginning. I thought that my first fit test results were amazing, but I wanted to improve on some of the last moves. Maybe it could have been because of my 11 mile run on Wednesday that affected it, but its ok.</p>

<p>I just go the new Insanity workout today in the mail. I knew it was coming today and I wanted to start it as soon as possible. I previewed the Fit Test to see what the moves were. I am glad that I did. I like to know a little about what to expect so I watched it before going at it. It never seems so hard just watching it until you attempt to do it. I was a little nervous going into it because I knew how hard the Plyometric Cardio Circuit is. Here are my results below. I would say the first 3 moves were easy then it got tough. I would say by the 4th move I was almost dying. At the last two I wanted to give up. I wish I had my heart rate monitor to show my heart rate. I almost felt like throwing up but I don&#8217;t like feeling that way. I would say I could have pumped out more reps in the last two moves but I was dying and had to catch my breath. I didn&#8217;t follow all the moves to the T but I did my best to keep the correct form and to push through it. Let me know what you think. I always like some criticism. It helps me to work harder.</p>
