<p>This workout was brutal this morning. My fan cut out on me and I didn&#8217;t have enough energy to pull it through. I always think that doing a workout first thing in the morning is tough after waking up in the morning because you don&#8217;t have any real energy to work off of. If it wasn&#8217;t so intense of a workout then yes but since Insanity demands a lot out of you then maybe having a breakfast is better.</p>
<p>So I have one more day which only includes my fit test. Then I have to take pictures and get measurements for my final results. The only is that I want to get great results on the fit test but I should do like I did it on the first day. Which meant to do it exactly how the video was. No extra breaks.</p>

<p>This workout was tough. I didn&#8217;t feel like working out at this time last night. It was 10:15 and I wanted to sleep. I got through the workout burning 500 calories and felt tired at the end. I didn&#8217;t think I was digging deep enough. I know that having the proper rest and being able to push through it all would have helped but I wasn&#8217;t feeling it. </p>
<p>My knees were bothering me and I just wasn&#8217;t in the mood. I realize how much rest is needed everyday to get through this. </p>

<p>I didn&#8217;t feel so well. Not 100%. I just got through the workout. I didn&#8217;t have that much energy to get through everything but I was able to. I wanted to give more. The Cardio Abs was still tough. I was sweating a lot though. The weather was more cooler today. I wanted to give more. It has been tough to dig deep lately. My running has caused me some pain in my knees. </p>

<p>Day 43 Max Cardio Conditioning. Today was tough. It was hot, I was tired from being up early for work and I had too large of a scoop of NO Xplode. I did think I pushed myself even though I felt my heart rate was going through the roof though. I burned about 600 calories and I felt that I should have been able to keep it up more. Tough overall but glad I got through the rough 47 minute workout. If it were Max interval workouts that I was doing today, I don&#8217;t know if I would have been able to stick it through the hour workout. I do prefer some of the moves in this one over the max interval workouts only because they arent so intense. 3 more weeks left, I can&#8217;t wait to see what happens&#8230;</p>
