<p>I am coming down the home stretch this week. So far so good. Results are great. I could have gone more strict this week on the diet but with my life at the moment it has been tough to. Too many events which include birthdays, weddings and parties have kept me from sticking to my diet 100%. Although it has been tough I have kept my portions down which is what matters the most. </p>
<p>I tried to push a little more this time but I think I didn&#8217;t push early enough in the beginning to get to exactly or more than 700 calories burned. It was tough. This workout is the longest of all the videos. The warmup was good but I couldn&#8217;t do the last move which was some knee raise move. I forget the name. But other than that it was a matter of just keeping up with the folks on the video. The plank punches seem always tough. 4 more days left and then onto something new. I am probably going to go for a mixed P90X/Insanity workout but I haven&#8217;t decided.</p>

<p>So today was a little slow in my start of the workout. I felt tired coming into the workout. After the warmup I was able to get through it. I pushed through it though and got through the workout. I felt that I was sweating more than ever. It was all over the floor and I was slipping all over the place. Its good that I have my yoga mat there to protect me from slipping. I burned about 712 calories which I was proud of doing. </p>

<p>Wow, I just got back from being sick. I had to take two days from working out to recover from being sick. This workout wasn&#8217;t too hard but I did take more breaks and had to take one after the first 21 minutes to take a call from work. I hate that. The moves were all familiar but it did seem like I was starting new again. My body was aching from being sick and doing this to the best of my ability felt a little off. I was still able to get through all of it and was glad that I did.</p>

<p>I really wasn&#8217;t up for this workout this morning. I was tired and got a call from work at 4am. It was hot and I felt like I didn&#8217;t sleep well. Anyhow I set my alarm for 5:45 am. I got up and hit the snooze for a couple times and got out of bed at 5:55 am. I took half a scoop of no xplode and then proceeded with the workout. I felt good through the warmup and stretch. When the real workout started I felt good through the first set of drills. Then the second and last ones didn&#8217;t go so well. I took several breaks throughout. I think I could have done better but it was alright I guess. I burned about 700 calories and go through it. I think I could have burned 50 more if I pushed it!</p>

<p>This workout is tough. I don&#8217;t think it is too crazy though. I do prefer the first 30 days more than this. I feel like I can&#8217;t push as long but I still am able to dig deep and push it. Each time the videos get a little bit easier. They aren&#8217;t easy by far though. I think always in the beginning you go hard then you see how much more you can dig deeper to keep going at it. Each set of intervals are crazy. The incorporate the whole body with legs all the way to shoulders. </p>

<p>Wow, Max Interval Circuit is a tough workout. I felt like day 1 here on this workout. I dont know what makes this so hard. I know. It&#8217;s the intensity and the length of time you have to keep that intensity up. I felt myself closing my eyes often because of the sweat dripping down my face. This video is almost an hour long and the other insanity videos tend to be only about 37-41 minutes long. The moves in this video went across all different ways like some of the previous videos but there are tons more changes in these. I was trying to read up on some of the moves that they had but a lot of them were different. They followed the same style here as the 1st month videos but they went into 3 sets of each making each time a little tougher since the first set was only showing you how to do the moves while the last two went into faster repeats of them. The warm up isn&#8217;t so bad to me but the rest of them really kick your butt. Overall I was able to burn about 714 calories.</p>
