<p>This was a great workout last night. I burned about 656 calories. This one seems tough as well as the Max Interval Circuit. I don&#8217;t know if something goes on in my head when I do these workouts compared to the first 30 days of Insanity but the longer ones make me sweat like crazy. I need to use my yoga mat when I do them and have the fan on. </p>

<p>Wow, I am in the home stretch. Can&#8217;t wait to finish. What&#8217;s next are a lot of things on my mind. P90x/Insanity and maybe a triathlon. Also I have some races in between. I have a 5k in October and possibly a half marathon in November. I keep my self busy somewhat. I have a 20 mile run tomorrow and a wedding and I have to do 2 other Insanity workouts. I think I am overloaded. I just know that after this week its going to be fun. I was a little tired today. Not much energy but got through the workout. I was working off of 3 hours sleep and a nap of an hour and a half. I got through it. I pushed on some parts and too breaks on others. My laptop that I use to do the videos had me reset the video 3 times. Arghhh!!! Man I hate that. I then take a break and feel like I am cheating myself somewhat. But anyhow I got it in the books. </p>

<p>Max Interval Plyo today was tough. I felt better and rested and had some energy for the first part of the workout. I loved it. I was going crazy with the power jumps. But I felt tired after it. I felt some muscle strain in my left hamstring and didn&#8217;t finish so hard during the warm up. I felt better after the stretching. </p>
<p>The first part of the initial workout is great with some jumping and lunging moves. I think after this initial one I get tired a little bit and take a break on the next set of workouts then at the end I push it a little bit more. The side pushps are tough along with the level 3 drills are tough also.</p>

<p>Wow I finished this workout this morning. About 9 hours from the doing Day 40 Max Interval Circuit. I know these max workouts are tough. They are longer and make you think if can really dig deep during these 55-59 minute workouts. The other ones were only 47-42 minutes. That is 8 minutes longer. These demand more energy to stick with it. There is more leg work with the squats and more pushups and different core work. Some moves are not physically demanding but are more specific in the moves that they require more concentration and less speed. I do think the beginning of the video after the stretch is a little bit tough but gets easier at the end. You really have to dig deep to get through it. There is a lot of balance moves and strength moves combined.</p>
<p>I have noticed changes in my body and I am striving for more. I want to get to the last day and have a total body change!</p>

<p>Max Interval Plyo is another tough workout. It last about 55 minutes long but I don&#8217;t know if it was me but I felt tired doing this one. I didn&#8217;t give it my all. I was sore from the previous day and I was tired. I only had 8 hours of rest from the last workout. That isn&#8217;t long enough. I was still able to burn about 563 calories. There were different moves in this video compared to yesterday. Lots of jumping and lots of core and pushups. The pushup moves at the end had me breathing hard and trying to keep up. I didn&#8217;t have the strength at the end to do the power push up move and the level 3 pushup drills. There were more power moves overall in this video compared to yesterday and some of the moves were really technical like the side pushups. I felt some pain doing the side to side globe jumps on my left knee. I just need to be careful and not go too hard. My calves are really sore still. </p>
<p>I have to do a long run this weekend 14.5 miles. I don&#8217;t care how long it takes me. I wont be pushing an 8 minute pace though. Something along the lines of 9-9:30 min/mile pace. I need to keep strong and injury free for my 30 on 30 run!!</p>
