The workout today wasn’t too crazy. I liked it since it was a recovey/workout. It wasn’t too crazy on the joints or on the cardio. Lots of core work and leg work. There were some tough moves that involved some yoga type stuff. I feel like it is always tough to get through all the [...] Great workout today. Day 46 is a great recovery workout. Not so intense as the Max Recovery. I might look at doing some cutting down on calories for this week. Maybe trying to cut my calories by 600 per day from Monday till Saturday. I’m still trying to cut down on some fat here. The [...] Max Recovery is a great workout. I love it. There were some intense parts with the core work and the pushups.
