<p>The workout today wasn&#8217;t too crazy. I liked it since it was a recovey/workout. It wasn&#8217;t too crazy on the joints or on the cardio. Lots of core work and leg work. There were some tough moves that involved some yoga type stuff. I feel like it is always tough to get through all the workouts on these. My progress through this second month of the workouts are tougher than the first month. I am feeling a little under the weather today. My allergies or being sick. It is always tough to tell for me. I seem to have them all day. </p>

<p>Great workout today. Day 46 is a great recovery workout. Not so intense as the Max Recovery. I might look at doing some cutting down on calories for this week. Maybe trying to cut my calories by 600 per day from Monday till Saturday. I&#8217;m still trying to cut down on some fat here. The stretching is good and the core work is great in this workout. The lunge holds with the hip stretches are tough along with the squat holds. I burned about 400 calories in this one. I wish I could hold the core and the squat moves longer. I can&#8217;t stand the burning so I have to take a break during those. I know I still have to dig deeper in this to get to a good burn. </p>
<p>Later today is a 16 mile run. I know I need to bring enough liquids to not suffer from the heat! Its going to be tough. I plan on doing this run around Miramar Lake today because of the better conditions and also the fact that I can return to my car when I need to rehydrate. I&#8217;m not looking to do a fast run but just to finish the distance in 3 hours. My legs don&#8217;t feel so bad today so we will see how it goes. </p>
<p>I am also debating on training for another triathlon but that won&#8217;t be till October or so. I have so many fitness goals. It never seems to end. I have some runs in October and they will probably end there with the daylight savings time change. I won&#8217;t be able to run after work because of that. I&#8217;m also eyeing another half marathon in November which should be good. Its the Silver Strand Half Marathon in San Diego along the coast of Coronado to Imperial Beach. I think it should the flattest run!</p>

<p>Max Recovery is a great workout. I love it. There were some intense parts with the core work and the pushups. There is an extended part with the squat and plie moves. There are a good amount of pushups and also some great core workout. I was able to get through most of it but had to take several breaks during some of the plank moves. I did like it throughout because I felt like it was similar to yoga and some core work which is good for recovery. Tomorrow is going to be another day with doing the max interval circuit. Thats a tough one.</p>
<p>I will be running later today to do my training for my 30 on 30 run! I am a little nervous and somewhat scared!! Wish me luck!</p>
