Wow, I am in the home stretch. I burned 620 calories. Can’t wait to finish. What’s next are a lot of things on my mind. P90x/Insanity and maybe a triathlon. Also I have some races in between. I have a 5k in October and possibly a half marathon in November. I keep my self busy somewhat. [...]
