			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow, what another amazing ride we just finished on Saturday. It was not so crazy as I thought it would be. Still tough though. We started in La Jolla again at our spot in Parking lot 207. We had some other things that we talked about this past morning, which included some core strength training. I think I feel a little stronger every time I ride. My butt doesn&#8217;t hurt as much any more but I feel that I can try to get some more leg training that I should. </p>
<p>I had spin class on Thursday. I kinda want to start riding more this week so that I can get more into shape. I feel that I can&#8217;t keep up with the group sometimes especially on the hills. I just too tired and my heart rate just goes up and then I get burned out. I do fine on the smaller hills and inclines but when it comes to some serious climbing, I just get burned. I think I need to mix in some strength and speed intervals to help with that. </p>
<p>The ride was nice though. I wish I could have ridden like that in a group. I wish I had a group of friends that I could ride with. There is still a lot to learn from all the riding and its good that I have a great group that I am doing this with. I think I almost enjoy it more than running. It may take a lot longer but the fun is there. I feel a little bit more connected with this group than the run group. It seems like I will never be with a group like this anywhere. Maybe or maybe not. </p>
<p>I forgot my heart rate monitor at home. I wish I brought it. I think I probably burned about 400 more calories than the previous week.</p>

<p>This workout was brutal this morning. My fan cut out on me and I didn&#8217;t have enough energy to pull it through. I always think that doing a workout first thing in the morning is tough after waking up in the morning because you don&#8217;t have any real energy to work off of. If it wasn&#8217;t so intense of a workout then yes but since Insanity demands a lot out of you then maybe having a breakfast is better.</p>
<p>So I have one more day which only includes my fit test. Then I have to take pictures and get measurements for my final results. The only is that I want to get great results on the fit test but I should do like I did it on the first day. Which meant to do it exactly how the video was. No extra breaks.</p>

It is not so crazy and insane but it is still good with the moves because you feel a good burn in the upper thighs. I have to take a break also at the end with the squat and shoulder moves. But overall its a good workout.</p>

<p>Wow, I am in the home stretch. Can&#8217;t wait to finish. What&#8217;s next are a lot of things on my mind. P90x/Insanity and maybe a triathlon. Also I have some races in between. I have a 5k in October and possibly a half marathon in November. I keep my self busy somewhat. I have a 20 mile run tomorrow and a wedding and I have to do 2 other Insanity workouts. I think I am overloaded. I just know that after this week its going to be fun. I was a little tired today. Not much energy but got through the workout. I was working off of 3 hours sleep and a nap of an hour and a half. I got through it. I pushed on some parts and too breaks on others. My laptop that I use to do the videos had me reset the video 3 times. Arghhh!!! Man I hate that. I then take a break and feel like I am cheating myself somewhat. But anyhow I got it in the books. </p>

<p>So today was a little slow in my start of the workout. I felt tired coming into the workout. After the warmup I was able to get through it. I pushed through it though and got through the workout. I felt that I was sweating more than ever. It was all over the floor and I was slipping all over the place. Its good that I have my yoga mat there to protect me from slipping. I burned about 712 calories which I was proud of doing. </p>

<p>The workout today wasn&#8217;t too crazy. I liked it since it was a recovey/workout. It wasn&#8217;t too crazy on the joints or on the cardio. Lots of core work and leg work. There were some tough moves that involved some yoga type stuff. I feel like it is always tough to get through all the workouts on these. My progress through this second month of the workouts are tougher than the first month. I am feeling a little under the weather today. My allergies or being sick. It is always tough to tell for me. I seem to have them all day. </p>

The Cardio Abs was still tough. I was sweating a lot though. The weather was more cooler today. I wanted to give more. It has been tough to dig deep lately. My running has caused me some pain in my knees. </p>

<p>Hey everyone,</p>
<p>I just finished Day 51 of Insanity here with Max Interval Plyo. I felt I wasn&#8217;t digging enough here on this workout. I did burn 590 calories though. I felt I could have pushed it harder given maybe I had more rest or even if I felt better. Maybe dancing the night away last night had to do with it. I felt like I had an Insanity workout last night when I was dancing. I think my whole shirt got wet at the wedding I attended. Today is a lot cooler than it has been in the last 2 weeks though. I feel like its only 80 degrees outside since it has been about 90 or so lately. I think which is good. Labor day is tomorrow but that doesn&#8217;t give me a break from what I have planned. I&#8217;m going to hang out with some coworkers tonight for some games and good times so hopefully I don&#8217;t stray off the diet too much. </p>
<p>Later today is a 10 mile easy run. Not so easy for some but somewhat easy for me. I will let you guys know how it goes!</p>
