updates and update

I have been training somewhat. I think this month has been horrible with the events and graduations and birthday parties and such. I did run a 9 mile yesterday. I feel a little sore but not too much. It was a little warm but I kept going. I am planning on starting P90X again next week. I will be trying to do the weight workouts but thats it. I haven’t been running or especially biking as much as I should though. My swimming is progressing slowly. I can do 100m non stop now. I should try to go longer, but I think the drills are helping out a whole lot. I helps me notice the balance I need to keep and helps me go longer. My breathing on the other hand is a little off. I think I either need to stroke faster or breath often. It is hard to do both at the same time.
